The Office of the Registrar of Companies (ORC) is set to participate in the 2026 edition of the Kwahu Business Forum, scheduled to take place from 3rd to 5th April 2026 at the Kwahu Convention Centre. The participation forms part of ORC’s ongoing commitment to deepen business formalisation, Compliance and provide accessible corporate services to entrepreneurs and investors across Ghana.
At the heart of ORC’s presence will be a fully operational registration stand, where businesses and individuals can access on-the-spot services including business registration, renewal of business names, and expert advisory support. The initiative is designed to remove barriers to formalization while bringing regulatory services closer to the business community.

The Kwahu Business Forum, known for attracting key stakeholders in the private and public sectors, provides a strategic platform for ORC to engage directly with entrepreneurs, startups, SMEs, and investors. Through this engagement, ORC aims to enhance awareness of regulatory compliance requirements, promote ease of doing business, and showcase ongoing digital transformation efforts within the organisation.
According to ORC, the decision to participate in the forum aligns with its broader mandate to ensure efficient and transparent business registration processes while supporting economic growth. By offering real-time services at the event, the institution seeks to reduce turnaround times and improve customer experience for businesses seeking to formalize or regularize their operations.

The registration stand will operate daily from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., providing continuous support throughout the three-day event. Participants will also have the opportunity to interact with ORC officials, gain insights into regulatory processes, and receive guidance on compliance obligations under Ghana’s corporate legal framework.
ORC’s participation underscores its proactive approach to stakeholder engagement and its dedication to fostering a vibrant and compliant business environment. As the 2026 Kwahu Business Forum approaches, businesses are encouraged to take advantage of this opportunity to access essential services and position themselves for growth within Ghana’s evolving economic landscape.
